This website is operated by BOHN DIGITAL (“we”, “us”, “our”), an SEO, generative search optimisation and web development studio based in Adelaide, South Australia. By accessing or using bohndigital.com, you agree to these terms.

If you engage us for services, the written proposal or statement of work for that engagement also applies, and prevails over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

We provide technical SEO, generative search optimisation (GSO), and bespoke web design and development. The scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for any engagement are set out in a written proposal agreed before work begins. Estimates are given in good faith based on the information available at the time.

You may browse this site and use its content to evaluate our services. You must not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to interfere with the site's security, availability or infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content or data from the site without our written permission.
• Misrepresent an affiliation with BOHN DIGITAL.

All content on this site (including text, design, code, graphics and branding) is owned by or licensed to BOHN DIGITAL and must not be reproduced without our written permission.

For client engagements: intellectual property in bespoke deliverables transfers to you on payment in full, as set out in your engagement terms. We retain rights in our pre-existing tools, methods and know-how, and open-source components remain governed by their own licences.

Fees for services are set out in your proposal and are payable in Australian dollars, plus GST where applicable. Invoices are due within the terms stated on them. We may pause work on an engagement while invoices remain overdue.

This site may link to, or integrate with, third-party websites and services that we do not control. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Search and AI answer-engine outcomes depend on third-party platforms (Google, Bing, and generative engines) whose algorithms we do not control. We work to measurable targets and report transparently, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels or AI citations.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
